Orders made on this site will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of order receipt. If for some reason there is a problem and your order cannot be filled in this timeframe, we will contact you via the email address provided and figure out how you would like the issue to be resolved (shipping when available or refunding your money). In the rare event that an order cannot be processed, you will be notified by email and refunded for your purchase. The Angling Company accepts the following credit and debit cards for online payment: Visa Mastercard American Express Discover.
For customers who select the in-store pickup option, please print and bring your order confirmation with you to the store to pick up your purchase. We request that customers who use the in-store pick up option come to pick up their purchases within three weeks of purchase. If you do not pick up your merchandise within that time, you may be contacted by email to make other arrangements.
Our shipping rates are based on the size and value of your order.
You can expect to pay between $10 and $25 to ship most orders, with orders over $300 getting free shipping. You will receive your package within 3-6 business days for UPS and 5-7 for USPS.
We currently only ship to customers within the United States. If you are located outside the US and would like to make an order, please call the shop at 305-292-6306 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order, and we would be happy to provide a shipping quote.
The Angling Company accepts returns on all items within 30 days of purchase. If the return is due to defective merchandise, the Angling Company will issue a shipping label at no cost to the customer. If not, the customer must supply their own shipping label.
